Corporate Taxation with Tax Laws and Tax Planning is an important course in the MBS program that provides comprehensive knowledge of corporate taxation systems, tax laws, and tax planning practices. The course focuses on the computation of taxable income of companies, determination of tax liabilities, and procedures for tax assessment and payment under the prevailing tax laws of Nepal.

It also emphasizes the legal framework governing taxation, including taxpayers’ rights and obligations, penalties, and compliance requirements. In addition, the course highlights the concept and techniques of tax planning, enabling students to minimize tax liabilities legally through informed financial and managerial decisions.
