This course aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge of management accounting concepts, tools, and techniques used for planning, controlling, and decision-making within organizations. It emphasizes the use of accounting information for internal management purposes rather than for external reporting.

The course covers topics such as cost behavior analysis, cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis, budgeting and budgetary control, standard costing and variance analysis, and responsibility accounting. It also introduces relevant costing, pricing decisions, performance measurement, and strategic management accounting concepts.

By completing this course, students will be able to analyze financial and cost information effectively, support managerial decision-making, and contribute to efficient organizational planning and control.
